ALABAMA WILL’S AGENDA
Alabama DOGE
Department of government efficiency
To build on what President Donald Trump and Elon Musk’s crackdown on waste fraud and abuse. The goal is to maximize government efficiency and save tax payer dollars by cutting unnecessary spending, programs, and personnel.
No OT Tax
Remove tax on OT to put more of Alabamas hard earned dollars into their pockets while promoting more work production and participation.
No Gas Tax
We will save every working Alabamian money at the pumps which will let them keep more money in their pockets, on top of that no tax on fuel will make the production, manufacturing, and deliveries of everything on the shelves cheaper making Alabamians dollars go further.
Economy Growth
We will also push hard for existing businesses fleeing other states to relocate in Alabama based off our strong labor skills, infrastructure, and incentive packages while continuing to aggressively recruit new great paying jobs like manufacturing, technological and other business to the state. Capitalizing on tourism, We will also highlight and take advantage of Alabamas great wonders that are already here which makes this great state known as Alabama the beautiful.
No Property Tax
With this we will be looking to remove property tax from Alabamians homesteaded residence.
Put Lottery to a Vote
It’s time for Alabama to decide if they would like a lottery in the state. Regardless how I feel about it, I think Alabamians should at least have the opportunity to let their voice be heard and vote if they decide to introduce the lottery or not.
Education Improvements
Along with improving and more funding to our current education system, we must focus on skilled/ trade schools to fill the shortage in our blue collar job sector we currently have and for all the new businesses we plan to bring into the state, not to mention our president Donald Trump and his push of restoring jobs to the united states, we want to be sure we are prepared as a state to fill these Welding, Electrical, Plumbing/gas/pipe fitting jobs, etc., so we have a better shot at recruiting those businesses too.
Health Care Improvements
We need to push to keep our health facilities open in rural areas while making our health care costs cheaper. Our health care system is basically a sick care system. It is cheaper to prevent health care issues than to treat them, I would like to introduce diverse healthcare options in a competitive marketplace that covers actual health preventative medicine, diet, exercising, lifestyle and otherwise.
Infrastructure
We have a plan to help cut the cost of the construction of our infrastructure upkeep while speeding the progress of new and ongoing projects.
No Tax on Healthy Food
In order to prevent health issues and promote better health we would like to remove tax from healthy food which in turn would help drive down health care costs in our push to keep Alabama healthy and beautiful.
I Will Not Accept a Salary
Once elected Alabama Governor I will not accept a salary as I will donate it to an in-state organization, most likely a veterans organization.
Improve Veteran Services
This one hits home to me as I had to fight with the veterans system personally running my father to his appointments, seeing him and others waiting months for appointments, lack of pay, the difficulty of navigating all the hurdles just to get proper care and service for our brave men and women who served must be addressed.
